[Content]

She relocated a nursery she had operated out of her home to the community hall. [Significance]
This manuscript illustrates the success of a female leader who was looking forward to carrying out Saemaul income generation projects while operating Hongju Nursery, a nursery and community hall in Hongseong-eup, Chungnam, and gives us an example of the actions of a competent leader who thinks ahead of others.
